Visitors
As we are exclusively a mail order company, we are not open to the public.

Minimum Order
We have no minimum order.

Post and Packing UK mainland.
Mini Pictures £1.00 per item
Medium Pictures £1.50 per item
Large Pictures £3.90 per item
Please note an additional charge will be made at the checkout for orders outside of the U.K.

 UK Delivery
Small items are mailed 1st class signed for, larger items are mailed on a 3 day signed for service. Our normal dispatch is next working day from receipt of your order, but it can take up to 3 days. At busy times it can take a little longer in which case, you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order with a full refund offered.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order by giving us notice by email, within 7 days of placing that order, starting from the time you placed the order. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for the item/s cancelled.

Returns
Under the United Kingdoms distance selling regulations, you can return any items that do not meet your needs, within 7 days of receiving them, for a full refund of the value of the goods only. We will not refund the postage costs. The customer must also pay the return postage cost using a signed for service, if you do not have proof that we have received the goods back we will not issue a refund.

IMPORTANT. Before any goods are returned to us, you must obtain a returns number from us via email, to ensure we credit the correct account.

If items are returned, because of our error or damaged in transit your return postage costs (not exceeding our costs of sending the goods to you) will be refunded to you, plus we will replace goods with correct items or offer a full refund. For your protection, if you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery/insured service.

Damages
Any goods damaged in transit must be reported to us by email within 3 days from the time you received the package. If you suspect the package is damaged you must inform the delivery driver and sign for as damaged.

Conclusion of contract
At the point of payment a contract to buy is then binding.

Welsh Picures and Gifts are committed to protecting your privacy. If you choose to place an order or contact us through the website, we collect the minimum of contact information to process your enquiry. Once transmitted from the website, no contact data is permanently stored on any of our computer systems accessible from the web. This ensures that your information can not be seen by any third party using the web to try to maliciously obtain personal data.

Welsh Pictures and Gifts do not sell, rent or trade your details to third parties. The information we receive is solely for the use of Welsh Pictures and Gifts to process your order, answer your specific query or to update you with our own product information. Within their office, Welsh Pictures and Gifts store all contact information for mailing purposes within the guidelines laid down by the UK Data Protection Act.

Should you choose to remove the contact details we have received, we will act on receipt of your written instructions.
